HOSPITALITY SOURCING & PRODUCTION
From Brief to Finished Collection
Some hospitality projects begin with a complete creative idea.
Others begin with a very specific need: a bathrobe, a beach bag, a travel accessory or an existing product specification that needs to be developed properly.
Island Whisper Atelier brings creative direction, specialist sourcing and production coordination together within one project.
One creative direction.
The right specialists.
One point of contact.
ONE BRIEF · ONE POINT OF CONTACT
You shouldn’t need to coordinate six suppliers to create one experience.
A hospitality collection can bring together textiles, natural fibres, leather, embroidery, packaging and entirely different production techniques.
Island Whisper Atelier identifies and coordinates the right specialists for each piece, from materials and sampling through production, finishes and delivery.
The client works through one point of contact, even when several specialist manufacturers or workshops are involved behind the project.
Different specialists.
One creative direction.
One partner.
OUR SIGNATURE PIECE
The hand fan remains our signature.
Island Whisper began with bespoke luxury hand fans, with close attention to every decision in material, colour, finish and presentation.
That same attention to detail now extends into wider hospitality projects.
Our signature fan remains at the heart of the Atelier, while complementary objects and categories can be developed around it according to the needs of the property.
A recognisable signature.
Many possibilities around it.
HOTEL TEXTILES
Everyday pieces can still feel considered.
Bathrobes, towels, slippers and other hospitality textiles can be developed from existing specifications or adapted to the needs of the property.
Depending on the product, we can explore materials, weights, dimensions, colours, embroidery, monograms, jacquard, piping, trims, labels and other customised finishes.

POOL · BEACH · RESORT
Resort pieces with a character of their own.
We place particular focus on developing beach bags and resort totes, from canvas and textiles to natural-fibre and woven constructions.
Depending on the project, we can explore materials, dimensions, handles, linings, leather details, embroidery, pockets and internal compartments designed around how the guest will actually use the piece.
CANVAS · LINEN · JUTE · RATTAN · ATA · PANDAN · SEAGRASS · LEATHER DETAILS
Designed for the resort.
Made to travel beyond it.
GUEST ROOM · TRAVEL
The stay ends. The memory travels home.
Guest-room and travel accessories can be practical during the stay and still have a life long after check-out.
Pouches, sleep masks, earplugs, luggage tags, laundry pieces and other travel accessories can become connected to a particular property, journey or moment.
When a guest uses that object again later, it can bring part of the experience back with it.
That is why we consider both function and what the piece may continue to represent after the stay.
GUEST ROOM · TRAVEL · USE · KEEP · REMEMBER
Useful during the stay.
Remembered long after it.

TWO WAYS TO START
You may know exactly what you need. Or simply the experience you want to improve.
01 · YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU NEED
You have a defined product, dimensions, material, quantity or technical requirements.
Share the brief with us and we’ll assess the best route to develop and produce it.
02 · YOU KNOW THE NEED, NOT YET THE OBJECT
You know which moment of the guest experience you want to improve, but not yet what the right piece should be.
We start with the need and develop the solution from there.
Not every project needs to begin at the same point.
DO YOU HAVE A BRIEF?
Tell us what you need — and what you want the guest to remember.
It may be an existing specification, a clearly defined requirement or an idea that still needs to become a product.
Tell us about the property, approximate quantity and required timing.
