Shipping, Delivery & Bespoke Orders

Island Whisper Atelier develops bespoke pieces and collections specifically for each client. Because every project is different, production, shipping and delivery arrangements are confirmed individually according to the scope, quantity, destination and technical requirements of each project.

Bespoke Production

Production timelines vary depending on the design, quantity, materials, finishing and complexity of the project.

Standard bespoke projects generally require several weeks after final approval. Selected urgent hand fan projects may sometimes be accelerated to approximately 10–15 days, subject to design complexity, quantity and production availability. Larger or technically complex collections may require several months.

Shipping time is additional and depends on the final destination and delivery method.

Shipping & International Delivery

Island Whisper Atelier works with clients in Spain, Singapore and internationally.

Shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for each project and may vary depending on destination, quantity, size and urgency.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges, where applicable, will be communicated or handled according to the agreed project terms.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Because bespoke pieces and collections are produced specifically for each client, custom orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded once final design approval has been given and production has begun.

Approval may include design, artwork, colour, materials, dimensions, personalisation, finishing, packaging or physical samples, depending on the project.

Manufacturing Issues

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photographs and details of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Island Whisper Atelier will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or another agreed resolution.

Natural Materials & Finishing

Some projects incorporate natural materials or specialist finishing techniques. Slight variations in wood grain, colour, texture, embroidery, leather, fabric or handcrafted finishing may occur and are part of the character of the material or production process rather than necessarily being considered defects.
